    Better than wearing damp knickers!

Undies just get washed in the machine here and dried on the line or in the tumble drier. Usually special ironed on top of the cooker, although in recent hot weather they have been ironed:o .

This part time working is starting to effect me in strange ways.

I get very worried about wires in the washing machine and the bras then don't like different fade levels in my knickers to bras if I handwash the bra but not the knickers. More prosaic knickers or those who have out lived their bra go through the machine.

    My bras outlive their knickers.

That is, of the ones that are in relationships, most are not. Generally bras outlive knickers but I think that is because the general coloured wash has a more drastic effect on knickers.

Did we at some point have a conversation about DS2's GF?

She is coming to stay for the weekend soon

My knickers always outlive bras. :(. Then they become the knickers you wear with the nude coloured bra when not needed to wear nude coloured knickers ( so still a sort of set.....in a sort of jeans and tshirt makes an outfit way).

    Congratulations. :)

I hope it goes well. I find the way Spirit talks about her dd's exes really endearing. I bet she has great advice.

Well ... I am now the owner/user of a set of working drawers. I built them properly/solidly, but they are a little wobbly (side to side)... I'd certainly not wish to put a portable telly (or anything heavier than a small book) on top of them.

Oh well .... they've been filled now with: knickers, socks, bras/tights/etc. So that's 3 drawers with stuff in them.

The side to side stiffening comes from the back panel. That may need a few small nails knocked in to stiffen it. It really should not wobble. If the back panel is just slotted into grooves, without glueing or nailing it, there's going to be some wobble depending on how tight the fit is in the grooves.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Meh, didn't work. Was about house fires from candles for pn. Basically, pn, not much need to worry, the change is considerable smaller than many other things. Statistically biggest chance is living with a smoker it seems.

Yes we did and offered top tips on what not to do, and you had already transgressed some:)

Excellent. He is probably looking forward to showing her off.

When she arrives you may want to wear curlers and I suggest Mr Silvercar has an open necked shirt and medallion. To set the scene for the accommodation arrangements you might want to set yourslf up a camp bed outside of DS2's room. To ensure his safety.
