Monday was a lovely spend free day so that takes me up to NSD #8 I spent yesterday because I had to buy flowers for other staff at school and today I treated myself to an end of term/I am leaving lunch. We're going out for tea tonight on a 2 for £10 deal so looking forward to that. We may have to eat al fresco though! Much too hot to be inside!! ( I hope this isn't all in bold. School computer is very strange today!)NSDs January - 3/8 2017 total - 3

Whew! its hot out there! Well NSD #11 in the bag at last today. Had just enough in my purse for milk but that's an allowable spend.
CW - I am exhausted just reading your schedule. Do be careful with that wrist, you don't want to risk anything that will make the recovery longer.
t2rry - if you can't afford to go to everything, don't. Personally I would either just say you can't make it, or be honest and say you're really sorry but have a very busy month and can't afford everything. Too many of us end up with 'obligation debt' where we try and please everyone else, overspend because we can't afford to go to / do everything, and then don't enjoy it anyway because or the worry / guilt about the debt accrued - or if not debt, the fact the rest of the month / week etc is going to be a struggle.
Tidied up the veg draw in the fridge this evening, one piece of pepper growing penicillin and some suspect chick peas (not technically in veg draw) but saved the leeks that looked past their best and had those tonight with whoopsie salmon. Fridge is looking somewhat bare but hopefully enough to get through until the weekend.
Work still crazy busy but made it to boot camp this morning even if I did feel like my eyelids were glued to my eyeballs I was so tired. However, after getting into it I rounded an awesome session off with a PB for the plank (ok so its not a Commonwealth Sport but I was pleased.)

Schedule got tweaked today......
Got a text reminding me about tomorrow's fracture clinic - only problem being it didn't say at local infirmary (about 3 miles away). Said at a hospital that's 9 miles from home, and to get there on time I'd have to be on a 7am bus (£4 return fare) with a 20 minute walk each way at the other end (or about £6 return and wait around for connections). Went GP surgery to double check, and text was correct location. So after I made a bit of a fuss they've transferred me to yet another hospital (again about 3 miles each way, so walkable), but can't get in until Wednesday of next week. And that means contact lens check had to be moved (managed to get the next day).
While I was waiting for them to sort it out I went shopping. Didn't fancy cooking from scratch tonight, so bought some ready meals. Means I missed out an NSD thoughCheryl0 -
and another day knitting stuff for the end of Month Bachannalia - so up to 22 NSDs :beer:Must use my stash up!0

Whoopee! There goes number 10 NSD into the Cauldron of Doom!!!!! We are certainly clocking them up this month.
The Roman baths are looking very festive, with all the bunting handknitted by our very own Knitwitch. Now, Igor, make sure everyone has an appointment to try on their Roman bathing cozzies, so any fine adjustments can be made - don't want anyone falling out of their cozzies, do we? Frighten the natives, it would.....and is the wine nearly ready? Make sure you keep it under lock and key, don't want it going missing before the party, you know what Hubert can be like......talking of which, where is Hubert?
Oh no, I hate to say this but you know the Roman baths you painstakingly scrubbed to shining gorgeousness with your second best toothbrush? Hubert has obviously already been at your red wine and has mistaken the baths for his usual conveniences...get yer toothbrush out, Igor, there's work to be done! One life - your life - live it!0
