Re the shoes I am a great believer in the powers of superglue ,probably what the cobbler would do anyway :):):)Worse way its £3.00 for a tube as opposed to £30.00 for new shoes.I usually buy two pairs at a time and alternate them.I had a pair of sandles a few weeks ago that finally literally fell apart after 8 years
I have three pairs of trainers one of sandles and one of boots and a smart pair for posh do's.I like to have happy feet so the posh ones get very little used :):):)

Yep I've used superglue to repair shoes before, it's great for increasing their lifespan just a little bit!

I very nearly went to the pub after work this evening but I was tired so decided at the last minute to go home and relax instead. Result?

Having 3 twelve hour shifts in a row meant I had to leave money out for OH to get some milk. Or rather, for OH to send DS to the shop for milk. So, there goes my planned NSD.....Narglehounds! Fetch! Don't let those darn Witch Terriers get it first.....

Day off tomorrow, then work Sunday and Monday...off Tuesday and Wednesday (but Uni on Tuesday afternoon)......work Thursday and Friday then about 5 days off........one of these days I will find time for a life.....

    Hi all

Thought I'd pop by to see how you are all getting on ?

Looks like great NSD work is taking place,
Marmite, thanks for keeping the thread running.

I'm not sure I'll be any good at keeping tally as my life is still lurching about round the lodger ex-'s health crisis, but work has settled a bit so i'll try my best.

Well after resisting shoe temptation, not an NSD for me yesterday, thought it would be rude to turn up to friends empty handed so bought a bottle, then discovered plan was take away so double Spendy whammy! Ah well, still cheaper than going out! Today will be an NSD unless I'm tempted by a completely unnecessary spend, which is possible...!
