Unbelievable!
I take it you yourself are the one providing all the help and assistance on this board then?
Thought not!!
Well I'm certainly trying to help those who are reading this thread and aren't in the know about Fort Dunlop and Parkshield, by getting some answers as to the special/unusual nature of the site and it's resident PPC that require a dedicated thread about no particular case, but presently without any success.0 -

Clearly it hasn't crossed your mind that the OP may not consider herself answerable to you.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Given that he couldn't claim the solicitor's fees even if he won ...
What are you talking about Mr B, Won what? I am talking about maladministration in the Courts, about DVLA giving out false addresses, maladministration in a public office, not some piddling little parking issue.
(it) ... would cost him more than simply paying the stupid fake fine. That's what is often described as "cutting off your nose to spite your face".
Why do you always address problems through the eyes of a pauper Mr B? . In my business, a CCJ would be a disaster, paying a solicitor a few hundred pounds (which I would no doubt get back) is a small price to pay.
That's if he could even find a solicitor interested in taking on the case. And even if he could, chances are that the solicitor's understanding of the legal issues would be poorer than his own and that of many other regular posters here.
I should imagine that every solicitor in the land will understand the legal issues involve when the Court Service make a FUBAR or the DVLA gives out false information..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Hang on people, the OP is entirely responsible for this furore.
She mentioned "massive problems" with Parkshield, but, according to Company Check,
http://companycheck.co.uk/company/05242896/PARKSHIELD-LTD/company-summary
they have a net worth of some £92,000.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I suppose one might describe me as being one of those who is "in the know" but I can assure you that I know no more on this subject than has been published in this thread and as a result, in this case, being "in the know" is something of a misnomer.
This is most certainly not a case of crumbs being thrown down from the master's table - if indeed there is or ever has been one. Warm and fuzzy? I think you are allowing your imagination to run away with you somewhat when the truth is - because of the very way that PPC's operate - that a very large proportion of the work carried out in preparing defences and assisting in cases is done off forum. I can't imagine anyone would really expect otherwise but I do understand how others might feel as though they were being kept in the dark.
It would be well to keep in mind that being the recipient of court proceedings is for a majority of those we assist a significant life event. To disclose details of what might ultimately form part of a defence strategy or evidence in satisfaction of idle curiosity would be to demean both those we assist and, more importantly, the courts as well as offering succour to PPC's.
Incidentally, before anyone presses the "conspiracy button" I hold no torch for Parking Ticket Appeals and nor do I have any interest in or connection with that business financially, legally or socially. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Perhaps you should make yourself clear then instead of ranting vaguely.
You'll certainly need deep pockets to take that lot on. Someone here once set the ball rolling with court proceedings against DVLA. They made it clear it would be defended to the hilt and he would be looking at potential costs running into tens of thousands. Why do you always address problems through the eyes of a pauper Mr B?
Perhaps because many of the people to whom you offer appalling advice here are paupers? In my business, a CCJ would be a disaster, paying a solicitor a few hundred pounds (which I would no doubt get back) is a small price to pay.
So you reckon you can take on the court service, the DVLA, Uncle Tom Cobley and all for just a few hundred pounds in legal fees? :rotfl:I should imagine that every solicitor in the land will understand the legal issues involve when the Court Service make a FUBAR or the DVLA gives out false information..
Every? That I doubt, in my experience ignorance and incompetence are as rife in the legal "profession" as in every other walk of life. Howsoever, if you did manage to find a solicitor competent to take on the case he would laugh you out of his office when you set him a budget of a few hundred quid!Je suis Charlie.0 -
How can you compare the OP to perky?
Can you please show where the OP has used false identities, names, monikers etc. Refused to offer help and assistance. Gloated and deliberately provoked.
I'd say you can't and that suggests you're moaning for the sake of it.
The OP made no mention, that I can see, of the company name, but did clearly explain their position in large font. Offered a free service to any unfortunates and tipped of the board experts of another likely scam.
Where have I said that the OP has used false identities or compared them to Perky?
Why is the OP so opposed to registering their business on here?
How could they they have not written the OP without any mention of a business?
Why did the feel the need to put a disclaimer specifically saying the were not promoting their business? It like saying to someone no offence, just before you offend them.
Why is the OP so ambiguous? Might not be to those more in the 'know', but it is to everyone else.
If there is such a big problem at this site, how have we not seen more cases of it being mentioned on here? Internet hit Birmingham yet?
Why would there be so many default CCJ's at one particular site?
So many questions left unanswered by the cryptic OP.0 -
Given that the OP never even mentioned the name or nature of her business (not even in her signature) until the jumped-up self-appointed forum police started demanding explanations from her, it seems pretty perverse to imply that she was somehow touting.
Just who exactly is it with the agenda around here?Je suis Charlie.0
