Some how....out of the blue....CEL have withdrawn the claim against me....BOOM!

    I haven't even submitted the defence.....! X

Is it the court or CEL who have told you that? If it is the later then do confirm with the court.

The address isn't listed, many others are like 30a , which must be a flats, but not number 30.

I know it is (hopefully) water under the bridge now, but for you or anybody else reading. If in your case you had done a search on 30a, the plan that forms part of the search result would usually show the title number for adjoining properties/land and you can then do a search based on that, yes it would cost six quid (for two searches) but you will get the info you are after.

I've just spoken to the court and they have said they're expecting CEL to fax them with the details....CEL have been in contact with them and said they are withdrawing..... The court also said they would always expect CEL to tell the defendant, the court won't unless I contact them . X

CEL never show up in Court - except a case the other day which will be mentioned later.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
