    They had the initial skeleton defence, but not the one you're meant to provide 14 days before, I just couldn't focus on finishing it due to my head injury.

    You really need help with the witness statement and skeleton argument.

    who helped you with the initial defence - was it someone from pepipoo.

    I supplied you with a contact email via the BMPA.

    Yes the adjournment has been agreed, I think 8th December now, waiting for confirmation.


    One of the regulars from peppipoo did the skeleton. I will get that over to you, but there's no point with the bigger defence as I've not been able to pick that up properly since the accident, I'm not really allowed to be using 'screens' (pure rest and nothing that requires concentration) but this is stressing me so I'm trying to do this defence in snippets so at least its not totally on the back burner.

    £3 to the Land Registry should provide the information you are looking for.

    The address isn't listed, many others are like 30a , which must be a flats, but not number 30.

    @ Angers there is no need to keep bumping this thread up.

    I have now read the initial defence.

    please forward me copies of the reply to your defence from CEL, the original court claim form and proof that the court has indeed adjourned this for you.

    Please do not state any further details on forum.


    Co-op claim they own the property at that address and I will be contacting head office tomorrow.

    Spoke to a rather laid back store manager who is trying to pass the buck and ironically claimed they do not deal with car park issues :)
