Email from MSE today states TV competitions have to offer free alternative entries and has a link to This Morning but the page that comes up has no option for a free online entry so is this statement correct? I've had the same experience with other TV competitions.

Looked all over the ITV website, couldn't find a free entry option for the This Morning comp.

Hi, just wanted to confirm that the postal entry can be in the form of name and phone number put within a sealed envelope as an alternative to a postcard. Don't like my phone number just openly going through the postal system.
