    You are mistaken, show me where I said it was a good source? I said it contained protein. Like I pointed out it all adds up.

    Pretty much all food contains protein though. The first few foods you listed were much higher in protein than the last one.

    You were quoting some one who was asking where the protein comes from? When you change from meat from your diet.


    For most people reading this, they could wrongly assume that you are stating sweet potato is a good source of protein and you can swap e.g. steak over to sweet potato to provide a similar amount of protein.

    I can say apple juice contains protein, it all adds up. Just that I will have to drink a few litres to get a significant amount, which will be a good way to increase my risk of diabetes in the process.

    They can assume what they like. I am pretty certain I would do a bit more research than rely on what some random guy on an internet forum stated if I was giving up part of my diet. In fact I did.

    I also like many veggies find the "protein question" from most people pretty funny, it's one part of a healthy diet not all of it.
