Hello all, another victim of Eagerestates. Could you please recommend solicitors that you have used to buy the freehold please? I would really appreciate it!

Hi, another victim here. Just had our first 'possession' threat letter (for reasons that arent clear)! I was hoping we wouldnt have to go to court (because that doesnt seem to deter Eagerstates at all, and obviously only causes stress). Any advice? Can we ignore their threatening letters? Have they ever actually gone through with their threats of possession?0

From our experience with Eagerstates, please get yourself a solicitor. Go for RTM or buy the freehold if possible. Make a forensic study of the Statement of Accounts yourself. The Statement of Accounts we received contained charges for a year in which Assethold was not the freeholder. Eagerstates never provided the paperwork to justify said charges.0

We are also the unfortunate victims of Eagerstates, does anyone have any advice or recommendations on buying the freehold from them?

Hi, we are some of the latest victims of the Gurvits, they’ve just tripled our service charge. Does anyone have any recommendations of solicitors to buy the freehold or someone who can help with RTM? Desperately need to get rid of these con artists!0
