Hi,
Can anyone contact me regarding advice on claiming back service charges from Eagerstates? RTM process is progressing but anyone who has experience in legal dispute for proving unreasonable service charges against this company please could you help and get in touch.
Thanks,
Steve0 -
We used Canonbury - very professional and reasonably costed service.-1

We have finally managed to get the RTM and removed Eagerstates as managing agents. However they still hold some of their services charges funds and didn’t hand them over to the new agents. Anybody could give advices about recovering unused services charges funds.0

Eagerstates/Assethold have inflicted so much misery and are clearly behaving outside of the law. So many reviews and online forums have detailed many of their illegal actions
Is there anything we could do legally to get this company out of business?
Is there any government led institutions which could step in and stop their illegal actions.
It seems that this company and family have been operating outside of the law causing misery for at least 10 years...
Something needs to be done.
Many thanks in advance for your help and advices.0 -

Please can you hound BBC panorama.
The email can be found by googleing "bbc panorama contact us" - it wont let me post the email or link.
I am sure if they see all the negative reviews as per below/from all of us they will start to take this seriously and investigate them.
These people are life-wreckers lets take action.
We are 4 leasholders based in Welling, KENT, and we have been wrecked by them for the last three years with staggering £10k of service charges each. They have been threatening with legal actions to posses out homes and continuing with harassments. Our lives have been living hell for the last three years with unnecessary charges and and charges for the works that never needed nor carried out.
The director and owner Ronni Gruvits is the master mind criminal who cheat the system and rip innocent people money off.
They bought the freehold off Stamford Hill Enterprises Ltd and they have backhandedly sold the freehold without notifying the leaseholders which is a criminal offence.
I do not know why the authorities do not take any actions against them. This is truly unfair by any terms. WE NEED TO GET TO GETHER AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. Please comment how we can do this ?
We must to stop this crooks and they should be locked up and given legal punishment for causing fraud and financial crims.0 -
Hi all
Has anyone received a similar notices to carry out works... The attached Electrical works and Drainage works seems to be a duplicate of notice issues to other leasehold flats....

Hi everyone. Another victim here.
Can anyone give me advice about legal fees. Myself and two other leaseholders have just got a valuation done to buy out the freehold.I wondered if anyone had gone through the freehold buying process and how much did you have to pay for eagerstates/assetthold's legal fees? I'd imagine they'd be adding arms and legs on if they could.
Thanks!0
