I have been a Tiscali (now TalkTalk) customer since 2002, starting with 512Kb ADSL Broadband and currently on 38Mb FTTC. I think I have had two broadband outages in the 12 years. I have seen the price come down and the service improve. I do agree with others that when it works it works well, but it can be difficult to get problems solved, although the few recent ones, which were phone outages, were fixed in less than 24 hours.
