Has anyone tried pluging an audio device through the line in / record jack?
I just cant get any sound through the speakers. All other laptops ive had has the line in muted by default. With this laptop theres only levels for the speakers.
Been puzzling me all afternoon :-(0 -
hello there
I'm in a slight predicament, have a desktop pc Dell Dimension 5150 just under a year old but this is situated under the stairs and is very unsocialable. My idea is to possibly sell the pc probably ebay or something similar and buy a laptop - can only afford max 500.00 GBP as I am a spendaholic - with a guilty concious! Can someone point me in the right direction as to best way to sell the pc and also what is the best value/performace laptop on the market?
We use the pc for work (small business, me always on broadband and doing small word documents and also we have kids so loads a photos saved and making it sluggish!
Any suggestions is greatly appreciated ??? xxxxx0 -
a guy at work phoned up and got this deal, pleaded ignorance of the expiry date , pretended to lose interest when they said the price has gone up and "hold on sir" back they come with more or less the same price (think with some upgrades came to £320 ish)Ex forum ambassador
