staggering around like a sloth on a mission .......very very slowly and laboriously. Went to Lakeside as I had to get DD3 some new school uniform as she has lost so much weight (nearly 2st) she was chuffed to be able to get into a size 10 trousers and i got a smart blazer for her in Primark (although it has no pocket for her badge), she needed a size 12 collared shirt, and they only had one, all the rest were 6, 8 and then 14.

popped into Lu$h, to buy my annual bottle of Daddy-0 shampoo to keep my hair from getting too brassy (at £17 a bottle, I don't use it every wash and even when I do use it, I use it for the second wash and use el cheapo stuff for first wash to get it clean :money:) got all DD1's goodies in so she can pay me back when she surfaces

Thanks to all the good menfolk who stayed at home yesterday instead of going shopping with the Missus (and all the ladies too for staying home to pass the beer and snacks heaven forbid the chaps missed any of the match walking to the fridge ;) )........I popped into Tesco at Pitsea (my old stomping ground) it was like a ghost town and fell head first into whoopsie Central :money::money: 90% off 6 carriers worth of ready meals :money: and best some are meaty, some are veggie and some are even vegan , so DD1, DD2 and DD3 have all got something on the quick now :j The journey home was so deserted in was like driving was 20 odd years ago!

paid nursery, found my leccy DD had been put down to £2 a month, due to fact the meter reader didn't actually forward the reading, now all sorted. Tax credit form sorted, and important contact info sheet for DD3 school.

WM x 4, run out of space on whirligig so I will do the rest of the washing later on cheap leccy :money:

Right, enough wittering, I have enough dailies to be catching up with before I even think about listy.

HH - de-pitting downstairs at 3 .....anyone want to join or catch me up?
The cold never bothered me anyway

back from the school trip, farm park with lots of rides, the kids had so much fun on the rides we didnt get time to look at the animals.
just had a hyperventilating session thinking id lost the DoE letter with the map on of where we need to get DS2 to on sunday, but after searching through 4 paper holding places and his school bags i found it under a fridge magnet on the freezer door.
need to nip out later and get some pack up for tomorrows DoE hike

got fed up this morning of asking DS2 to check what was being kept on the pile of clothes on his floor so ive bagged the lot, hes now complaing he hadnt been through it so ive given him till tomorrow morning to remover 'keeper' or its all going.

    have a good weekend all

Small ones in bed (at last) hopefully won't be up too early and we have a day trip tomorrow so will be out from mid-morning.

Just sat in conservatory with a brew and a mini cross-stitch. Then I will tackle the kitchen of doom. Must empty the bin - not full, but smelly.

I managed to stay awake long enough to cut the grass front and back, then promptly fell asleep in the garden for a couple of hours when DH got home. Have since made tea, washed up and walked the dogs.

Back from cricket, a better performance from DS3 but the team still lost. Think I've been bitten on my writst so going to take an antiH now just incase.

Need to get the washing in, get DS3 to bed and then decide if I'm doing anything else today.

Evening all - hope everyone is ok.

Just wanted to share a proud teacher moment with you all ....

Today we had a 'School's Got Talent' show and I entered 5 of my class as a group to perform a little dance / movement piece that we've been doing as part of one of our lessons. They were the youngest of all 19 acts (in fact, there were only 2 other entries from Primary, all the rest were 11 + ).

So, 5 children aged 5 to 7 all with learning difficulties and autism performed without any adult support in front of the rest of the school and lots of parents and ................

    came 2nd!!! :j:T:j:T Amazing!! :D:D So proud!

I'd add a quote about flying now if I'd done any!! :o

    Ooooh, I washed up earlier!

Hope to get more done over the weekend if the evil sore throat that's lingered for 3 days goes away and doesn't turn into something else!

Hugs for all who want or need one x

    Aww well done team froddington!

I stitched two threads of a fairy dress and gave up, my eyes were getting tired... So I've sorted the kitchen, all pretty again, emptied and freshened bin, put some bottles of water in freezer for tomorrow, got hats and sunspecs together, organised most of the food we need and generally had a good potter. I've decided what each of us is wearing too (footwear important) and although we will use the all-day sunscreen I'll take a little tube too.

And that's me for the night, I think.

    Have a great weekend, Ladies!
