    You give the 3rd party cash to fix their car and they then wait a bit and go direct to your insurance and claim for injuries anyway. They feny you paying them anything, Thats not their signature.

    What did you do, Buy a car then rush out to crash it?

    Thought about getting some driving lessons?

    Can I test drive a used car legally that doesn't have tax and insurance?


    Can I use my insurance certificate that covers 3rd party fire and theft to test drive it?

    If the cars on trade plates and you are insured yes.

    On your policy no.

    If I were you I'd save a few quid and some time and just buy accident damaged ones.

    What happened to the car you bought the other week? Is that the one you crashed?

    As above its OK having 1 day insurance. Make sure you declare your going to test drive it so it may not be yours then it maybe yours. And are you going to tax every car you test drive?

    How many cars have you put a deposit on now?
