I wasn't aware we were talking about the average prices of a shopping load.
I would love to see evidence to the contrary.
Goto a Tesco Metro. Goto a Tesco Extra. The Tesco Extra will have more stock, some products will be cheaper, and there will be more BOGOF offers available etc.

Tesco Metro pricing is still centrally set by group, however. Local management doesn't set pricing policy. I also made the point that it's more expensive there way back in post #54.

Metros are also, I believe, handled under different operating companies to the 'main' stores.

I just need clarification on No claims bonus:

If a policyholder reports a incident to their insurers as 'for your information purposes only' however after reporting policyholder is given a claims reference number. Why is that?

Does this claims reference means policy holder lose their no claims bonus automatically?

After this if policyholder insurer doesn't pay out a penny to the 3rd party because 3rd and policy holder agree to come to a settlement not involving insurers then policy holder no claims bonus will be lost?

If policyholder and 3rd part agree to come to settlement by themselves then settlement is complete then does the policyholder and 3rd party have to let their insurance companies know about this? What are the stages in this process?

Also like to know once a incident is reported to the insurer whether its a fault/non fault and no claim is made then much does the premium increase in % generally?

When the third party claims against you, that's when you'll lose out.

Ok lets say 3rd party accepted my cash settlement and takes cash. Is there any guarantee that 3rd party wont scam me by claiming off my insurer after i give 3rd party cash?

How does the insurance companies know of the cash settlement given to the 3rd party? Whats the correct procedure to follow when making cash settlement with 3rd party?

Why pay him cash if you still insist it's not your fault?

You could get him to sign something but at the end of the day he could still try it on.

Have you factored into paying him for the cost of a hire car whilst his is being repaired?
