I just generally like to know who is known to provide the cheapest regardless whether its me or the neighbour next door or the guy across the street or basically anyone?

You input variables for a quote, so they are all different.

As I said try for yourself.

Generally compant A is the cheapest, IF. you are exactly 42 years and 119 days old. Drive a royal blue Ford Fiesta 1.2 petrol manual (LX trim) that is between 15 months and 17 months old.
Your annual mileage must be between 5000 and 5020 miles a year. The car must be in a secured carpark with 24hour on site warden and at least 7 cameras on your vehicle at all times.

5 pages of other exclusions also. But in general you fail 99.9% of them anyway.

I fail to see why you cannot understand that nobody knows your exact circumstances and wont have a clue who will insure you never mind get you a decent price.

You tell so many stories i am not sure if you know whats real anymore. How many cars have you put a deposit on and bought recently?

How many accidents and claims do you have running?

    Harsh, but I can't say it's unfair.
