Just a (personal) point of presentation, embolden each of the appeal paragraph headers - it will make each more obvious and save the POPLA assessor time in spotting 'no GPEOL' to uphold your appeal without undue delay.

Sent via the online option and Ive added a scan of the proof of purchase.

I will update when I hear back. Im just currently working on a letter to send to mcdonalds head office. After all it couldnt hurt!

In the complaint to McDonalds ask why 'the manager at the time said they do not have the power in store to deal with this' and yet a quick Google finds:

Good spot, I've added that to the complaint.

She also stated if that was filled in it would be sorted out no fuss. Clearly she was wrong and should not have suggested that.

Surely that's outright fraudulent and worth reporting to the police? It's not as if they are following rules to a pedantic level, they are issuing invoices under completely fabricated means, in a way that'd be very easy to prove, because the guy would be coming into the restaurant with every customer asking if they've parked, which would annoy everyone and not be allowed.
