How long does it take to be put on Electoral Register? (New system)

Does anyone know how long it typically takes for one's application to be put on the electoral register to be processed? And how long that takes to be updated to the credit reporting agency?
Bear in mind that the system has changed in the last few days.

I can only tell you about the experience of my DS. He moved in January of this year and updated local council to be put on the electoral roll.
This was updated on his Noddle account at the beginning of this month. Whether other CRA's are quicker I don't know as he hasn't checked those but regularly logs in to Noddle anyway.
I don't know if this helps but wanted to pass on my recent experience even though it's not as recent as you mentioned with the system change.

I have emailed my local council to be placed on the electoral roll and was advised that the council updated the roll only once a quarter.
Hope that helps0 -
The change to the system is that you now fill in a form on a website and this gets sent electronically to your local council (the old method required printing the form and putting it in the post).
I imagine this means that once your local council receive your electronic form, they still take just as long as they used to to process it, ie. a couple of months.0
