I can't believe people don't read the literature when buying houses. We've always done thorough research into any houses we are interested in. So much so I've got a bit of a reputation in my family for buying the first house I actually view as I have done so much research and don't really fancy wasting the seller's time or mine if I am not 100% sold on it!
Well done on submitting tax return and getting the next lot up to date too.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

So Cheery's taking Peedie and I'm taking Haggis - that should cut your spends a bit Stripes! :rotfl:
Also a fan of research being done before going to look at houses...we saw several, but all ticked the boxes initially on paper, it was just stuff we saw once we got there that ruled them out. The one we finally bought we went out and targetted too - leaflets through doors job. Ended up living precisely where we wanted to be - result! :T

i hope the house stays empty and serene - fat chance I know but we'll see.
list is being finished this am as I got home and totally flopped!!
Starnac do you think its safe to post chickens?
Seems like my house is going to be very empty indeed if everyone and everything is abandoning me!!
I'll see if I manage with the tax return early, finally got someone to help me log in and stay logged in - its a xmas miracle.
Mr Me is up to his lugs in assignments for his pesky (looks very hard) MSc, DS should be home later. Combining meeting mileage with pick up cos its just going to work in fine although means taking mutts to work and sorting them quickly inbetween working one job, driving and meeting up at other place and looking vaguely clean. I may NOT manage the latter.
Popping into a chums for a cuppa whilst in the land of the marmalade.
Done more hours this week in garden and will likely up it again next week too, break myself into almost full time before we retreat on holibubs.
Few bargains in the shop that will not be named as its too posh. Udon noodles, salt and pepper squid, prawns and some reduced bakery/bread - also got a few nice bits for dog sitterand some room fragrance which smells so good for £2 its my new perfume. Spent £25 in total which for me is alot but there are lots of wee treats in for pet sitting aunty wik and she's worth it.
(and far cheaper than kennels for two hounds and postage for chooks)
Brownies in the oven, not sure why I'm baking I just took a notion.
Must make a cuppa before I rouse the hounds.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
