  • Thanks Beanie he said they didn't give much away. And the flat was warm and cosy when they arrived all good.

EH this one was a property developer looking for half a doz properties so given the floor space, new kitchen/bathroom/appliances and boiler I hope it ticked some boxes and like Starnac says its the 'one'.

Waves to all. Lunch today was leftover curry. Need a meal plan too.

AND TO WRITE AN INVOICE FOR DECEMBER honestly you'd think I was loaded or something.

One kidlet made it home this weekend the other might come next weekend
    :D hope all good.

    Oh dear not I'm afraid.

The feedback was 'for that price, I'd expect to buy a house, not a flat'

Yes the price (£79500) and the fact that its a two floor two bedroom and a box room spacious large 'flat' were clearly marked on the front of the selling literature.

    Sighs.

Working from home today and I'm starved and cold. Must remedy both of those.

EG noodles, or cupasoup or something from the cupboards fear not I'm not eating dehydrated grass :) well not yet.

Invoice is on todays list. Well reminded and I just got a mail asking me for an early January one too.

    :D

Today is mainly finishing accounts to submit (yes I know I leave it so late, I'm a rebel) and working on social media/press releases.

So I'll likely be on here alot!

    Kettles on.......
