hey happy belated birthday to Mr RT from us
Hope you're all good - cold here phone meeting in a mo 6.5 garden hours bagged. Its gearing up and lots of things are flowering since this mild weekend.
Some interesting lunches to foot too - well done chaps.
Had a viewing on Sun, feedback a bit negative about walkign through the passage along the SHARED garden to get to the stairs. Honestly. Although she did say she might do a second view. You know maybe just to check she does have to walk through the garden to get to the stairs which are IN the garden. Moved to a fixed price this week see if that helps get more interest.
Viewing on thurs, more finger crossing please.

Honestly pippi, could you not just move those stairs to be more convenient for fussy buyers?!? :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Exactly cheery - and she is having a second view on thursday, just before anohter viewer turns up. We're letting the agent handle those, we gave her an hour on Sunday (when the stairs were where they've always been).
Busy old day - 7.5 hours in garden, 1.3 hours womble. Must write invoice have just done receipts.
eggs for lunch, again, yes they are free, man I have no imagination or time to think of lunch somedays.
Mutts walked and snoring.

:hello:
Thanks for the BDay wishes for the Mr! He's now officially a grumpy old man!:D
So back to the grind & back to the packed bf/snacks/lunches...
Seed bar for bf - dried fruit & fruit pot for sancks - soup for lunch...
(not very imaginative here too!)
Darn - forgot the boiled eggs in the fridge - guess it's egg salad sandwiches for dinner tonight!
fingers crossed that the next viewing goes well!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! More unimaginative still here - roll, fruit. That's it.
Good call to let the agent handle the second viewing stripes - they'll be able to hide the location of the stairs, I'm sure. :rotfl:
Hurrah for free eggs still being produced - those girls of yours are good!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

mixing things up here today. Eggs for breakfast instead of lunch.
Crazy or what.
Garden/Womble day today. Also need to get ready for trip.
Expenses to post
Invoice to write
Washing to sort
Walking to do
Chooks/mutts to feed
Meal prob just for me tonight so chicken leftovers will go in freezer as himself is working late on assignment
Eldest mutt is away to the vet today with a bit of a lump - fingers crossed its nowt serious. This will be his first non annual appointment I think ever, at least since he got his pockets picked 9 years ago.
Messaged DD to say looking at wages not sure how much of a contribution I can make this month re uni, she's in surplus so all is good. Did the same to the manchild. They're pretty good.
Lunch is now looking like a cupasoup and some bread, fruit and a cereal bar.
That will teach me to peak early with me eggs.
Have a good un.
Must check if wages from wombles is in later.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
