Is it very sad that every time I come in from the garden for a cuppa/rest/check e-mails I have to have a quick look to see what your chooks have been up to?:D

I used to put Amber Solaire factor 30 on the pigs!! Finn pony gets some on his nose if we get a very hot sunny day in the spring, before he's got his tan.

I think I'll do a sheet over rather than chooks bums! :) I know hosses get burnt too - poor things.

Dull now - think they know its report writing time. Best crack on eh.

Post done that's one thing off the list. (Although I might have forgotten to put that on)

Yum - courgette flowers stuffed with goats cheese!

On the subject of cheese;) the flatbreads turned out very morish - made 16 - only 5 left! (we have no butter or sugar in the house so quark scones are bookmarked for next time!)

Off to finish the banking - sigh - £320 leccy bill - ouch! - £900 car repair bill to pay - double ouch! - this upcoming month looks like a juggle the pennies month!

    OUCH RT.

Never tried a stuffed courgette flower in me puff. Guess I should eh?

Last month of a 'known' wage here. Then I'm down to 1 day/week. Scary biscuits. But, I'm sure it will all be grand it always is.

Looked at a job today teaching - 1.5 hour commute each way - too far. HOD too, not sure I'm quite ready for either of those.

    Did someone say lunch?

Leftover flatbread in freezer here........might give one of them a go. Thanks RT.

    You did! ;)

Yum - forgot it was mid-day - the perils of counting the coppers - how about a fried egg on flatbread with some grated cheese on top? - bit of lettuce & sliced tomato & red onions...:D
