Hey Pips - can I borrow the pups and the sofa near the fireplace? - In need of a cuppa & nap under the blankie! (OK technically have been working from home but that makes me more tired that actually going in!?!)
Only red-stickered bargains to be had lately have been posh burgers 4/£1 - OH found them at Mr W and puffed up like a proud peacock - so I told him he could make dinner
Final move of us & the bed & the cloths to the new place this weekend - There is not a grocery store anywhere near the new place - but two plant nursery come farm shop type places! - local veg is super cheap - mega cauli to feed a small army only 90p and hot house cucs & toms already up for sale this early in the season - going for a song - think we will be turning into veggies as the butchers prices made me do this  OH spotted an eggs for sale sign down the road at one of the farms & there are a lot of sheep in the fields so maybe the local farmer would do us a deal?
You'll have to remind me that there shall be no buying of plants!!!!!;) (other than the hanging baskets that are already budgeted for) - have rescued (dug up) my rosemary & thyme plants and wondering how to take some sage and a bit of the bay tree to propogate - any advise oh wise plant guru?
Pips - I agree with all our lovely stripy gang ladies! - Apply and see what happens - if it's meant to be that it will be yours - if not, then you've had the experience of the application process & learned from it!:)
Hey how did I miss this
GOOD LUCK WITH THE MOVE RT

That's mighty annoying!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)(With heartfelt thanks to those who have gone before us & their indubitable generosity.)...and now I have a mortgage! (23 AUG 2021)New projection - 14 YEARS 8 MONTHS LEFT OF 20 YEARS (reduced by 16 mths)Psst...I may have started a diary!0 -
RT how lovely that you have internet and has it been OK or painful. As for boxes, with the kids home it feels like someones moved in. Oh they have
Morning lands. A blustery day here, blustery blustery.
Need to review last months financials.
This may take some time.kettle is on.
I'm poorly sick again, second course of tablets doesn't agree with my tummy. More tests (nothing major) but enough to be a bit irrritating. I do prefer being well.
DS has organised driving lessons, theory test (again, long story, passed, let it lapse in his inherited CBA attitude). So that's something we've also put him on the car roughly 2.50 a day to insure him so we need to get out with him every day.
DD is heading home today to find herself shifted out of her bedroom and into the spare. DS taken over the big room as he's home for longer.
I'm sure there will be a scrap.

Pertol 24.19+34.17+25.39+24.18+28.38+25.30 = 161.61
grub 185.30
pets (food bedding meds) 33.88
OK so spends are up this month big style.
A bit of that is kids trips certainly for the petrol (3x trips for uni pick ups) and some food. Must keep an eye.
Grub spends are up again but we've had a bit of too-ing and fro-ing. Again weathered eye needs kept.
Pets - I budget around £50 some of that is extra (worming) some of that is just regular, we'll keep an eye too.
Not paid for two weeks from garden job isn't helping.
I also notice that there are two take aways and two cinema trips on my card......must get some money from DH for some of thoseTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
