Wet and a bit grey here today Trog. Get that fire on. I'm constantly looking for 'free wood' here, DH thinks I'm deranged.
Perfect 'dreich' weather, if ever there was an oxymoron.
Mum2One - I'm so sorry for your loss too. Its hard isn't it. Most of my close chums are 'aunties' to my kids, I like that. Proper friend/family folks are so hard to lose.
Hugs all round.
Greying thanks for popping in, sorry to hear that dave-call-me-david broke your necklace. I do think that she's obviously stressed and so its not really her fault, I'm just a bit peculiar at the mo.
Well more peculiar than normal. I'm going tomorrow so I'll see how it goes. Thanks for sharing guys did make me feel better. Oddly I've a tendency to lengthen names.
Mine being so short.
RT I will save that walnut recipe. Thanks mucker. Must pack up those very dry poppy seeds!
I start a group session thing today. Maybe that will straighten out my chops eh. (sorry for sharing)
Chooks are all grand and looking great. Still debating a cockeral or not, there was a hawk hanging about the other day, my neighbour shoo'd it off. I'm sure they wouldn't take a chicken, what a sight that might be.
Sleepers are here, delivered by the grumpiest man ever who wouldn't take a hand, I might be small but my muscles do actually work.
Must actually move soon, rigamortis (no joke intended, sorry if offensive) might set in.

Good grief!
Nae sun here either, just rubbish dreich weather
I'm tidying the house to keep warm as I have a half day and don't have to be at work till half one. It's bad when it comes to housework to stop me putting the heating on :rotfl:0 -
As I reply sitting with a wooly hat on, you're in good company lovely.
Time to get life on the go, out soon. Hounds sleeping and refusing to go out. Might take them with me later and tempt them with the park.
Washing is rewashed from rain, so I guess that will be wet for a while.
Must have some lunch soon.......hope you all have a great afternoon.

Hi Pippi
hope the woolly hat is still on in the group
and that its helpful to you.
Chips only cost £1.80 even down here!!!! I think you might have a very expensive chippie there! But I'd missed the walnut recipe from RT - I confess, I eat walnuts raw with sultanas usually, don't put them in food, but maybe its time, and I love Geece so ... yep, its time. Could use that recipe to christen my halogen, finally
Hope all's well, and the hounds have agreed to a walk2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I agree - and yet, the principle ingredient, erm, the *tattie* has grown in abundance in the UK for the past 2 yrs, with prices falling/static. It's almost a knee jerk reaction, just to put up prices all the time. And oh, how I so agree with mum2one - nothing does beat a good chippy chip
Morning all  Hope all is fine and dandy
