It's so quiet around here!! I wonder? If I make a cup of tea will the click of the kettle bring visitors?

Ah tea thank you Starnac and Mooomin for refilling it.

    And for all your thoughts.

Much appreicated, I've been a wee bit in my own bubble at the moment 'adjusting' I have given myself permission to adjust to the life changes. And try not to fret. KC'd be proud.

Trog and cheery my bottom is still Frozen. I hear its this years must see, the film, not my derrier.

Starnac, I thought of you as the welsh/leek cheese is still well wrapped and gets a slither or two in a ham/cheese or just a cheese/herb omlette. Still going I reckon it will last for ages yet. Thank you.

RT - well done on the meal plan. I'm forming a plan as we speak. :)

Was at a gig is Glasgae last night mental (hard punk) and they all loved it, me I'm more of an abba/carpenters kinda gal, although I do like a bit of biffy.

Mooomin, whilst I don't know what you look like in real life were you there, I swear I saw your double.

late night back surely the only night they shut THAT bridge was last night and us with a DD to get home.

Managed to see both uni-monsters. That was nice. If only for a while.

Plan for today, done some paid work, out in the garden now for a while cutting back and plotting stages closer to the veg patch.

must actually write some non-fiction soon as I've neglected me poor blog.

    Meal plan -
    Tues - noodles out
Wed - fish curry with reduced fish, rice and maybe HM flatbreads if I can be !!!!ed.
Thursday - solar panel people coming at 7pm (in the dark, crazy) - so something quick beforehand like pasta with.....
Friday - traditional takeaway night, but think we're out on Sat so maybe fajhitas?
Sat - maybe out for anniversary tea in posh place of himselfs choosing as he's paying.
Sun - leftover SR pork with the normal sunday accompaniments.

    YAY its done now.

    Pass a jaffa cake.

:rotfl::rotfl: Definitely not me - tucked up at home watching Aussie Masterchef in my PJs :D

Depending on the band I think my friend Simon was there though...
  • Aw good for you.

Rise Against, Pennywise and Emily's Army.

All mostly about saving the planet, whales and society but loud and rather passionate.

Typical punk assault on societies ears for the good of us all.

Lots of the use of the word M-F-R

Which is its taken back to a literal translation I guess might be simipler to just call your dad, erm, dad.

    I'll stop being silly now.

((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))) Hope you are starting to adjust to things.

I am impressed that the cheese is still going strong. We love leek cheese so it doesn't last long here as it's used with everything. Hence, it's a "treat" cheese.

Nice that you got to see both sproglets. You could have my Little Lady if you want her. I'd even pay the extra for next day delivery at the moment!!! DS has been lovely though. He is starting to talk a bit more now and he is getting very obssessed with guitars. Thought TRG would approve! Can see more music lessons to pay for in my future :rotfl:

    Kettle on.

Actually he's my step dad :rotfl::rotfl:

In all seriousness though, DD (just turned 7) used that word last week  I was mortified, she was banned from YouTube which is apparently where she had heard it!!
