Noddle Credit Report Updates

Hi there. Sorry if this has been asked before but was just wondering how Noddle Credit Report updates work. My partner's bankruptcy falls off his file a week today and we have been advised by our mortgage advisor to make an app with him once it has dropped off. Now he has had his email saying that his Noddle Credit Report is ready around a week ago but we haven't logged in yet as we want to wait until after the date the bankruptcy drops off. As his report is already ready will it be updated to showing no bankruptcy if we log in after 18th June or will it be the one that's already been generated? Thank you in advance

My understanding is that it is updated once a month. Therefore if the BR is due to fall off in a week's time then it's going to disappear from the next report despite logging in after the said date as this will only give you access to the report that you've been notified is waiting to be viewed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. Oh right thanks. Does that still mean it will drop off on the 18th, just we won't be able to see it ourselves?0
-
Don't. It usually generates the report on the date you log in, not the date a new report is available. By available they mean from that date a new report can be generated when you log in, not that a snapshot was or will be taken on that date.Still rolling rolling rolling......

Oh I already logged in whoops! Will it still drop off in a week's time anyway? Is there any other way of seeing the credit report for the mortgage advisor as gonna make an app for about 2 weeks time? Also is there a delay with equifax compared to the others? Sorry for all the questions!0

You can always apply to Experian for a £2 copy of your report.0

There is a FAQ section on Noddle about recent updates

It's number 3 - 'How many times can I look at my report?'

Yes, you can do that.
Or the same with Callcredit or Equifax.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I knew about Equifax and Experian which we are going to do after the 18th June but I didn't know that you could get a £2 copy from Callcredit. So that should be up to date with the bankruptcy gone if ordered after the 18th shouldn't it? I had also heard that Equifax can be quite slow in updating credit reports?? Not sure if this is true or not0

When you log in to Noddle it tells you when the info you can see relates to, and gives you a date of your next report (they're generated monthly) in the left hand column.
It probably will still show until the first refresh after the BR falls off.0 -
But even though it's still showing for me would it be showing if a lender did a credit check after the 18th? Because that's all we're worried about0
