Welcome to the thread Rachel, a few of us suffer from depression, me included, so we know where you are coming from. Try to do the 15mins bits and then if you think you can work your way up feel free to do, but don't beat yourself up if you can't. The lists are only a guide for you to do.. If you have ones of your own you would like to do then feel free to do these instead.

    Thank you Bossy

I have my kitchen accesories in this colour, or a shade near it. The kitchen itself is white units/grey/black and pink :D

I've been allowed a free rein with the colour scheme in the kitchen as it's my domain so to speak!! Hubby just pays for it...lol

Thanks Natty and you too Bossy for doing the challenge (I'll help Lozzy lose her £5 - pop it in the post to me).

Stupidly busy week ahead so who knows what I'll achieve but I'll sure be posting.

    Ironing all done
Kitchen pretty tidy (if you don't look at the floor)

    This week's must dos:
    Dust DS2 bedroom
    Hoover and mop kitchen floor
    Buy birthday cards and gifts
Get the little car fixed (hopefully DH is sorting this out)
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair

Thanks to Natty and Dusty and Bossy for keeping us on our toes :) I'm in this week, to a greater or lesser extent.

    Welcome Rachel
    Welcome back Quillion

Bossy, I finished writing the 4 units of the course on Thursday and my friend and I worked through it all on Friday, correcting some mistakes and changing the order of a few bits, but basically it is done. I just need to update the files on my PC (having scribbled notes on my printouts).

    Today I have
    - written a newsletter (2 sides of A4)
    - trimmed to size the new vinyl cloth that covers the DR table when we're not eating in there (it becomes a dumping ground if I'm not very vigilant :o )
    - sent 3 emails
    - prepared 2 meals and washed up while DH made coffee.
It doesn't sound much, does it?

    Tomorrow I must
    - empty the suitcase and sort my files from Friday
    - work at the Community Information Point from 8.45 - 12.15
    - try to fly for 15 (or preferably 30) minutes
    - send out the newsletter, mostly by email and a few by post
    - write the Minutes of Friday's meeting
    - build the Ethiopian chariot that I need on Tuesday
    - go for an MRI scan of my injured shoulder
    - make sure I know what still needs to be done for Tuesday evening.

Hope everyone has a good week, especially LW and Mr LW.

I often read and get lots of inspiration from you all. So today I cleaned the kitchen. I usually use a pack of wipes and wipe the surfaces each evening. This evening I moved the toaster and microwave and squirted and scrubbed. I was really pleased. There was a lovely fresh smell and my kitchen gleamed.
I was sat in the living room and there was a large thud on the kitchen window. I ran outside but couldn't see anything but there were a few feathers on the outside of the glass.
I came back in went upstairs and had a shower, sorted out some washing and when I went back into the kitchen there was white stuff all over my newly cleaned black work surfaces.
I couldn't work out what it was until a great big pigeon came out from behind the door.
What a performance trying to get it out. Then I had to scrub the kitchen all over again.
