    WOW! So impressed!

Give WaSp our very best and tell him to be better by tomorrow! xxxxxx

BTW I didn't mention, did I - when we went away a couple of weekends ago I was given my birthday present, which involves PJ bottoms with PENGUINS all over them! My hostess is friends on facebook and so knows that my family always send me penguin things! :D

Ooops, chat lag. OK, off to bed soon WaS - all the very best for tomorrow, folks! xx And how sensible, WaS, to reschedule if you need to :)
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
  • Yay, penguin pj's! Have a good sleep, JM and Merry Christmas to you and Mr JM! Hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow!

Managed to get the link for the ISS spot the station page...if you put in your country and nearest main town, you'll get accurate timings for when the ISS comes over, (subject to clear skies!). At the moment the timings tend to be late afternoon/early evening, so are convenient.

Just had a really lovely three-course meal with wine! Really tasty!

  • I love watching that, Pyxis! I follow a lot of NASA people on twitter. In fact, someone I chat with regularly who does recognise me (we talk about his cat, believe it or not) is one of the drivers of the Mars Rover.

    No! Really!
    How cool is that!
I didn't know you could chat to astronauts!

So where's Santa at the moment then? I must get onto NORAD!

I can see Santa! He's over Sweden! He won't be long now! You'd best get to sleep, WaS!

  • Hahahaha! he arrives here at around 1.30am every year. Not that I do this every year or anything. So I have a while yet.

Most of the NASA people use Twitter! It isn't hard to use and you can stay anonymous and chat to all different kinds of people! I have spoken to people in all different scientific fields. A lot of the NASA people recognise my username now because I tweet (message) them so often!

We've been spoilt at MIL's and got some lovely presents!

DS is safely home and littlewing is still up and VERY excited.

Tell littlewing she needs to go to bed or santa won't visit! :p bless her, i remember being a kid and wanting to stay up late to see if i could see him! My parents way of getting me to bed was telling me the sooner i went to sleep, the sooner i would wake up and be able to open my presents! See if that works! :D
