I was channelling Dibuzz last night. While I DID sleep ( so that's not fair ) feel like I haven't.

Stricter routine tonight.

Sheesh, words tricky this morning. . Tired and then kiwi lead me a merry dance because he's sure there are rats ( its mice but he doesn't care, they are all rats to him) in one of the barns and he keeps diving behind the mess in there to get to them, trying to catch a terrier who is wriggling and growling to get bag to the 'rats' while you are in a dressing gown in the cold and dark cos you just nipped out to feed birds is not fun.

Sorry, I vanished last night , my pills kick in suddenly and I have to sleep. I must look up canonising NOTSecret Rooster, it may be an option if our vets can manage it. I have some doggy rescue people circulating his details on facebook now so that may help .

Mr JM is the same - he contributes a lot to the lives of lots of people, without necessarily realising it. Not trite at all, I will see if Husband can download it for me to watch,
Logic tells me I am useful but there's not necessarily logic to depression.
It's nice at the moment that I can help my friend who is having the health scare although of course I wish she wasn't unwell.
She gets some important results this afternoon. I am really hoping they are good ones. Either way she is still needing major surgery soon for a completely seperate issue so I can be useful there.
