Awwww! Thank you so much! Good morning everyone! Loving the pics and hello Sir P and Jugliet!

My friend from america sent me an adipose! (do Google, it's a Doctor Who creature and incredible cute!) and she squeaks when you press her tummy!

WaSp has bought me something wrapped up in shiny pink paper! I am not allowed to open it yet but he never wraps anything, nevermind buying pink paper so he really made an effort!

Above all, though it is so sweet that you all wished me happy birthday, I am really touched. You are all my dear friends and it means the world to me. I wouldn't have done as well as I have lately without everyone here. Thank you, my wonderful friends, I really couldn't have done it without you. xxxxx

About the parcel from someone on this thread you already know about, Hermes seems to be very slow this week I can't chase them until next Wednesday (7 working days )


yes, I did see the thing about Hermes on Watchdog last night, before anyone gets worried. The thing about Hermes stressed that they don't deliver when they say (I already know that grrr) but actually that doesn't matter so much with WaS, as she (and WaSp I think) is/are mostly in. They will try to redeliver 3 times I think it is! The only other thing they reported last night was ONE missing parcel. Only ONE. And that was an oversize parcel which couldn't be dealt with in the normal way. If they could only report ONE missing parcel, I don't think anyone has anything to worry about - I'm just annoyed that the parcel isn't there for today!

Hate to be depressing on my birthday, but MIL has just collapsed. She has lost a lot of blood and it seems she pushed her panic button before collapsing. She is in hospital and they are trying to work out what happened and will call us as soon as they know anything. They told WaSp not to travel there because he won't be allowed to see her for a while yet but he will be driving there as soon as he can, plus the poor man is really torn between going and staying with me. I told him not to even consider me and go.

Don't worry about parcel delivery! WaSp will be here to pick it up! It is so sweet that someone made the effort to send me something in the first place, I shall be overjoyed whenever it gets here!
