    Oh! Thank goodness for that!

Do you listen to the radio? Radio 4 or some such, where there might be interesting factual progs or discussions? If so, it might be possible to schedule your health 'chores' around listening to specific programmes? Sounds like a good 'excuse' to have to listen to some good progs, if you ask me! :D

I listen to radio most of the day, radio four. I struggle to settle to music nowadays, not to do with mood I don't think. I have music sessions, but they are less common than voice radio now.

I like to hear particular music programmes, and then my own music when I feel good.

I think music sorely lacks from my day.

I struggle with ear phones and sharing space with my parent does mean music has become a very difficult issue. My parent likes dh's jazz, but none of MY music :rotfl:

Forgive me if you've already explained this in a past post......memory like a sieve! Is the headphone problem to do with hearing or because they're uncomfortable to wear?

Hello Pyxis, how are you this evening?

Work was meh. I'm in a different part of the building today so didn't have any difficult interactions.

  • Good evening! The seaside was wonderful! I saw no one at all, it was chilly though! The sea was also cold but I still paddled! Now wait for this, when I was looking at the sea the voices shut up for 15 minutes! I know that doesn't sound long but for me its like a year, I couldn't believe it!

More after coffee, I have been at the hospital all day so needed a nap on getting home. Don't worry, I didn't freak out after my trip but I do have a new and shiny diagnosis! Back in a bit!

I'm fair to middling; not 100% over my cold yet. Have been trying to memorise some AmDram stuff for a charity do we're doing over the weekend. Will be my first 'public' thing, but the two weeks I spent in bed meant that I'm having to learn it all at the last minute......not conducive to low stress!

Glad you didn't have any awkward encounters! Also glad it helped for you to write it down yesterday. It's a good way of crystallising one's thoughts!
