What a lovely thing to share :) Do you have anything in mind LiR. Can you think of something that might fit the bill and you are happy with?

Just watched the second part of the bee programme hive alive on BBC. What amazing animals. Enjoyable to watch.

We're watching the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony. It is spectacular.

That is so sweet that he plays for you, LIR. You do sound as if you have a lovely relationship.

My teacher friend has gone to the Commonwealth Games for his birthday, whitewing. He will be watching the opening ceremony right now!

It's far too hot for me.
I had 3 hours sleep then kept waking up and dropping off again till 4 when I woke up in agony with my back, it took me half an hour to get dressed as I can't bend down but no idea what I've done.

You'd be better off seeing a chiropractor. GP will only give you painkillers.
Put an ice pack on it for several 15minute episodes. (Make sure you wrap the ice pack in a cloth, eg tea towel, before putting it on your skin.)You don't have to stay sitting or lying while it's on your back.

I will try the ice, if nothing else it might cool me down a bit :)

Not necessarily. I love osteopathy, for example, and i love a different body work treatment that's quite hard to find practitioner for too.

    But.....

It could be the lack of sleep I was thinking. It certainly makes things a lot worse for me. relax fully, di buzz just isn't getting enough of that for a long time. :(
