Nah, I'm still grumpy about the state of the house tbh.. The builder left it better.
I'll have something this evening certainly though. Test the water0 -
I'll share my peas!

Hahahahahahaha! I shall have peas in an hour, WaSp has gone pea shopping! It's at times like this I am glad I have a carer because as much as I love WaSp and he helps with my care I still find this a little embarrassing. I am also aware of the irony that I have put it on a public forum but still blush at talking about it with the man I have lived with for 25 years.

Ok, piece of toast and a yoghurt ( for good bacteria) and all the pills from when I couldn't digest anything and some prescribed probiotic too ( incase the yoghurt isn't enough). I'm throwing everything at it!0

WaS, have just read your penguin post. I don't suppose you have a ring cushion? Then you could sit comfortably. If not, try making a ring out of a rolled-up large towel, pop that ring in a cushion cover or pillowcase, and sit on that. You may have to experiment with the diameter of the 'ring'!
You could also put the frozen peas into the 'hole' in the ring if you see what I mean.
By the way, I did not find the penguin at all 'yucky', but then I'm immune to all bodily functions except one.....saliva.......and even writing the word is horrid! It's my Achilles' Heel!
Edit....WaS...I swear by figs and prunes, and liquorice.
Edit edit......oh!, (bossy mode!) and you probably need to drink loads more water routinely, too!(I just lurve spiders!)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0
