Good morning (although it isn't for me, I have a headache now)

I think I will ask for 30mins but I really don't want to leave any later than 2:30. 3:30 will be worse than 4:00 for traffic because of the school kids. I end up like a coiled spring after driving in traffic I would do it for another job but I don't want to do it for him on principal. You cannot just change someone's hours and job that they've been doing for years, he's breaking the law. He's always breaking the law on many things he does and treats staff like crap. I'm sick of it and this is the reason the manager and deputy have walked out. When I've gone I'll drop him in the s**t from a great height for how he's treated all of us :mad:

My mil was working in a care home putting her on nights and then days messing her about and she did this for a few years but earlier this year she had enough and very quickly found another job and I'm sure you will
