Had a statement through from Natwest yesterday and I've been on my DMP since November 2014 and all was working fine until I looked and the cheeky beggars had charged me £42.75 this month interest when I pay just over £20 a month.
I called and after being passed around for a bit they had no explanation and said they would refund my money!!! :j0 -

Hi
I'm back.
I was on this site a few years back mainly to give up alcohol. I was just burying my head about my debts ::o but have now taken control.
My DMP starts on 1st July with Stepchange and I can't tell you how relieved I feel.
My debt free date is quite a way off but I am determined to try and pay more as soon as I can.
Can I please have a debt free wannabe number to add to my signature.
Can't wait to read this thread and many others for debt free inspiration.
Catch you soon
Take care of you
