I was glad to read the 'haha'! Red letters are funny from a PPC like MET.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Be very wary of how you handle any of those letters in red.
........ In case the inkjet ink is still wet - hard to shift off your fingers.
You could complain to the DVLA about this not being handled correctly by the BPA - see this link about how the DVLA have been criticised for not overseeing the BPA effectively enough (they might be more in the mood to tackle this more vigorously).

Alternatively you switch into ignore mode, just don't ignore a LBCCC/LBA or real court papers. Come back if you get either of those. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

With each reply they've sent me a different reference number. I will email popla and see what they say about it. Also what should I do about the matter being with a debt collection agency?0

Sorry coupon just seen this. With each letter to popla they have sent me a different ref number regarding the case. All old ones from years back. So I've not been able to actually sort this yet.
Got a litigation letter come through today with ccj and court action etc etc. Now the miss's is worried about it. What next?
Also does it go on the driver or the car? If it's the driver I'll mail them and say it was me so she doesn't get so worried
Thanks in advance0
