I don't think the OP wants to hear that.
The last 3 bed to sell in the same street is went for less than £120k
I think I should stop bumping this thread, I don't want ruin the OP's chances of tricking someone into paying an extra £90k for a renamed cupboard.0 -

They've finally Sold!!!!!!

They finally changed the description from 4 beds to 3 beds.
The price was reduced from £210K to £190K and finally £180k.
Would be interested to see what they finally got for it.
And got rid of those god awful pictures.

So after 9 years and a loft conversion, the final "profit" was £15k instead of £48k they originally expected.0
