But that would mean I would have to actively seek them out. Which other people looking at this thread going forward may not bother doing either.
PS - the external link at the blog below is also b0rked.

PPS - it would be worth getting someone to proof-read the blogs. There are regular grammatical and spelling errors that can make them harder to interpret than they need to be.0 -
Popla appeal submitted this week, received an email from popla this morning stating that ANPR have cancelled the ticket. Complaint also raised with the BPA and DVLA. Thanks for all the help.zayt nisht meshugge0

Fantastic and well done for complaining as well - ANPR Ltd must surely be teetering on a ban.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But Trev is still trying it on. This just posted on CAG:-
Hi again it's been awhile and today received a letter from Expedition (sic) debt recovery on behalf of their client ANPR with an official looking claim form with Northampton county court and asking me to indicate a preferred court for the hearing. I have not been given a POPLA code by ANPR so what should I do it's tempting to call the debt company to see if they exist.

What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Have spoken with the FCA over the past couple of days. They have confirmed that they do not regulate debt collection companies that solely deal with parking tickets. As it isn't consumer credit and they do not allow/need to allow people to pay over a period of 4 payments or over a period of longer than 12 months they do not need to be regulated or have a consumer credit licence.
Ridiculous that a sub industry can pop up like this and not need to be regulated if they limit their business.I am a Financial Adviser.
