  • Don't wait keep chasing them and in the meantime disable your 3G on your phone so your charges don't increase

    Thanks. I have rang them a few times all I keep getting told is a case has been opened to investigate why my bill is so high and it will take 72 hours.

    I guess you mean disabling mobile data, not 3g.

    Update:

    T-mobile are saying that I have to pay the £192 because I went out of my price plan, I tried explaining that going over 22MB shouldn't come to that amount, but the woman just kept saying that's what it's costs. It's like talking to a brick wall :mad:

    Does anyone know what t-mobile charge per MB when out of your price plan as I can't seem to find anything online.
