Don't wait keep chasing them and in the meantime disable your 3G on your phone so your charges don't increase0

Thanks. I have rang them a few times all I keep getting told is a case has been opened to investigate why my bill is so high and it will take 72 hours. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Update:
T-mobile are saying that I have to pay the £192 because I went out of my price plan, I tried explaining that going over 22MB shouldn't come to that amount, but the woman just kept saying that's what it's costs. It's like talking to a brick wall
Does anyone know what t-mobile charge per MB when out of your price plan as I can't seem to find anything online. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
