Unless it arrives first thing Monday morning I'll now be a Christmas gift short. If I can order an item on Amazon on Thursday afternoon and it arrives before midday yesterday, I don't really see why it's taken over a week for this to arrive (if it really was dispatched last Saturday after all). If its as badly substituted as previous posts suggest I might be sending it back anyway.

At least the late arrival has solved your dilemma - if you don't have the box you can't give it as a present, so a gift to yourself!

Mine has been delivered today,and only 2 of the items were as advertised.
I have sent them an email saying I feel that this is unfair.
The only items I got that were the same as described,was a lipstick and nail polish.

Just like to say, and this is my FIRST ever post, that I am not impressed at all with this company! The money was taken out of my account on 2nd Dec, got email on 12th Dec saying being dispatched over weekend and has finally arrived today, 22/12. Was really excited to open it and then found, of the 8 items on the original offer only 2 were in the parcel, the lipstick and nail polish. This is a 75% substitution! Would never go to them again if this is the standard of service offered!

Order from the internet & I guess it's pot luck.
So disappointed at the poor contents.
I will stick to Boots in future.

Finally got my winter box through after a month of waiting. Must say it wasnt worth the wait.

I accept some alternatives may be necessary but to not include 5 out of 8 items is ridiculous!

I got

Elemis dry body oil 50ml
organic surge recovery night cream 50ml
l occitane hydra vital gel 8ml
pecksniffs hand and body moisteriser 250ml
nails inc gel polish -as advertised
nails inc base coat - as advertised
time bomb neck cream 15ml
wild about beauty lipstick - as advertised
teeez nail varnish - horrendous orange varnish they seem to of chucked in to bring up the value


Not happy as I really fancied trying the elemis shower gel and organic surge eye cream.
will not be trying a beauty box again.

I ordered 3 beauty boxes and one came days before the other two.
Two boxes had 8 items but substitutions for the eye cream (main reason I ordered!) The third also had the same substitutions but only 7 items, and still no eye cream.
It is a shame as previous orders from them have been fulfilled as promised (even though they take a long time to come).
I will probably think twice at least before using them in future.

Looks like there's been a subsitution already between the words and the photo. Pecksniffs Happy for Calm!:T
