All Boxed Up beauty products promotions

I ordered the Telegraph winter beauty box, that was advertised here, on the 1st December for a Christmas gift for my sister and it STILL hasn't arrived! And what's worse is that I've emailed them directly and through Facebook and haven't had a reply from either! It's looking more and more like I've just been robbed of the £22.98 as I have absolutely nothing to show for it apart from the money leaving the bank!
convinced this must be a scam... I wouldn't even mind substituted products- at least I'd have SOMETHING!

Worth contacting the Telegraph and telling them of your problems. They won't want their name associated with this sort of carry on.

Thank you for the advice, they've taken my details and have assured me that they will chase it up.
Hopefully I'll hear something soon!

Much amused to get an e-mail this morning from All Boxed Up, promoting the latest 'boxes' - this time 'mystery' boxes, so no particular products are promised...but even so, they still have a clause in the T&C to say they can substitute without prior notice to the purchaser!

Eventually got a response from them the same day it arrived. Pretty safe to say I'll never order from them again. Delivery took 7 weeks (and judging by the postmark it wasn't dispatched until WELL after they said it would be), only 1 of the advertised items actually arrived (the Nails Inc Topcoat) and they took way too long to reply to my email. I'm quite disgusted really.

Received my Weleda product box about 2 weeks ago. No substitutions. Very pleased with it.

Hi, what box was it that you had ordered and how did you contact them as I haven't had any luck in getting any sort of communication from them or receiving my product. Even after having reported the issue to the Telegraph. It's now been more than two months and I've had nothing so any information would be appreciated!
It's a horrible feeling thinking that you have been stolen from!

Very happily in receipt of New Year Beauty & Spa box. Lovely selection, notably the Elemis Body oil and which is a treat.

Received my New Year beauty box but hand&body lotion dispenser was broken.
Have you had any damaged item previously from them and are they helpful ?
