I had an email saying it was being sent via Royal Mail last Monday, ie the 8th Dec. still not here, today which is 17 th. I have emailed All Boxed Up who have said there is nothing they can do, as it was dispatched. Not really sure what to do? I suppose I will just hang on and hope it is in transit!0

Nothing you or they can do except wait, I'm afraid...0 -
I had mine this week but took an age to arrive, a note of caution tho! I Ordered two to split for gifts on the same day ad was posted. When the first arrived 50% of items had been substituted and some of those things inferior. One small jar looked like a free sample. I complained and was told to refuse delivery of second one. However it was left on my doorstep so had to pay to send it back. No explanation or apology. I thought they may have at least refunded return postage, which was much less than I had paid when ordering, but policy is not to offer free returns. Very poor customer service and quite a costly experience.0

Why would they offer free return postage when what you received complied with the terms of the offer? There is a clear warning they may substitute, so saying they have poor customer service is a bit unfair.0 -
Just received Weleda Beauty Box (http://www.allboxedup.co/weleda/)
It is lovely. Not really beauty but for skin / hair and baby care it is a wonderful bargain. Have packaged up all of the baby products for a friend who has a little one.0 -

I was prepared for some substitutions as I did read the T&Cs but I thought half the things was a bit much. I also did very careful search for the products to get a fair idea of value and the 'free sample' item wasn't available at all, it was a jar containing 8ml when the only size offered on the actual site was 50ml. Also, as I hadn't had the chance to refuse delivery, it was left on my doorstep when I was out I thought they might be a bit flexible. I have kept the first box which did have some nice things in, just not what I expected.0 -
Mine arrived today having been despatched via Royal Mail a week ago. I too was disappointed by the number of substitutions. Half had been substituted, particularly sad that the Elemis shower cream has been replaced by dry body oil so no shower/bath product at all.0

Thanks for your comment, made me think.

Why not wait until after Christmas (now probably isn't the time!) and write to them, saying just what you've said above? Your very sensible and measured comments are likely to carry far more weight than the hysteria they often get when people complain - it's so much easier to dismiss a complaint which is OTT - so you may well get the result you would like.0 -

Sounds an excellent idea.
If it doesn't work, try a second approach, IF it's true: that you didn't get substitutes of 'equal or greater value' (number 6 in the T&C) and therefore what you received didn't comply with number 1 in the T&C: 'over £115 worth of beauty products'.
If you didn't get 'full value', the seller won't help, and you paid by debit card, try a chargeback: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback?_ga=1.211053462.2003144314.13154098910 -
Had an email saying my winter beauty box is being dispatched by RM this weekend.
How my dilemma is whether to give it as a Christmas gift or keep it for myself!
Still not here...
Unless it arrives first thing Monday morning I'll now be a Christmas gift short. If I can order an item on Amazon on Thursday afternoon and it arrives before midday yesterday, I don't really see why it's taken over a week for this to arrive (if it really was dispatched last Saturday after all). If its as badly substituted as previous posts suggest I might be sending it back anyway.0
