    I believe they do use Royal Mail. When I got home from work last night they had tried to deliver a package, which I assume will be my Winter Beauty Box.

    Got my Winter Beauty Box package today. There were 2 substitutes which differ from those advertised.

    I didn't get the Organic Surge Extra Care Hydrating Eye Cream. I got their Nourishing Rose Day Cream instead.

    I also didn't get the L’Occitane Iris Angelica Sublime Essence. I got their Crème Radieuse Hydration Cream instead.

    Slightly disappointed, as I did want the original products, but the rest of the items are all as advertised and overall it is excellent value.

    Tenth Anniversary 10 Posts Combo Breaker
    Had an email saying my winter beauty box is being dispatched by RM this weekend.

    How my dilemma is whether to give it as a Christmas gift or keep it for myself!

    I was told they dispatched mine last monday and it has arrived today. Hope it helps

    Ah thank you. Mine arrived today too. Have to say the products are lovely. All mine were as expected too. No substitutes. At least I'm pretty sure there weren't.
