I ordered the Winter Beauty Box last year and received it in time for Xmas. So I have again ordered as will make some fab gifts and would expect to receive. I have emailed them to double check!

I did receive the Candles pretty quickly!

What I did was email saying I'd ordered, paid and received nothing. I'd waited as long as was reasonable and now I was giving them 7 days to either send me the products or refund in full. I got the products about 10 days later. Worth a try.

Thank you ! They have removed the phone number from website i think - i couldn't find it today. I called them before and they haven't answered anyway.

I wrote them to say either send it again or refund me.

By the way, do you know if they use Royal Mail? We sometimes have problems with other delivery companies.
