My experience of the transfer has been less than smooth. Firstly they issued me with a new "old" HHCard about a month before the "new" cards were issued (no explanation) and then I got the new contactless card (which I didn't ask for nor want). So I had three different card numbers in the space of about 5 weeks and each time they set up a new DD. My last statement was due for payment on the 11th July but Barclaycard failed to collect. Phoned the USELESS Barclaycard Indian Call Centre (presumably the old folks in Sheffield got the push) and got pinged around for almost an hour without any resolution. They tried to blame my bank yet my bank could see perfectly that the new DD was setup properly but Barclaycard didn't call it. Interestingly, according to the Barclaycard portal the due date is 11th August yet the paper statement (and India) says 11th July.
Anyone else had DD woes since the transfer?0
