You must live in a chavved up area.We and our next-door neighbours both have a few BBQs each summer. Neither of us play music in the garden (one of my own pet hates) and we move everyone indoors by about 8pm so we don't disturb the neighbours. This is in an area of £500k houses. Though with the way house prices have gone in the south-east in recent years, that's most houses. :rotfl:
One of the reasons we moved from our old house is that a neighbour played music in their garden all day, every day throughout summer. I hated it. They didn't have a BBQ.0 -
I thought the title said '...a B & Q next door'!0

Only if there was a fair chance that when I stood next to the fence (arms outstretched holding a ready sliced bun with all the trimmings) the neighbour would dutifully slide a freshly cooked burger into it.0 -

Its would not even cross my mind to check the neighbours garden for BBQs when viewing a house. How odd....It's not the despair, Laura. I can take the despair. It's the hope I can't stand. ~ Brian Stimpson, Clockwise0
