Went for a lovely family day trip to Aston Court.
I have a lot of good photography of squirrels and flowers

Oh and we caught 2 frogs which were put into our pond at home and pond snails but we took the pond snails back.
I did a lot of sports and running today so at least hopefully that'll help me loose weight (hehe)
