Hi all fellow hockey stick-wielding,shouters of vile threats, and weirdly-dressed,fearsome hockey players.I do like Hubert's pink and lime green tartan kilt, with a tangerine orange velvet trim, yellow frilly knickers and high heeled pink wellie combo. It does make running just a bit tricky though! He has an uncle who is in the clothing trade, and, for some reason, wanted rid of these lovely garments,so we'll all be dressed just like Hubert!:D
Mind you,I don't know why Igor has turned up in a basque, high heels and suspenders....oh,that's right...Rocky Horror...he is a major fan.If for any reason things get out of hand,he's going to pelt the opposition with last year's shrimp and cucumber scones.
Right,so it's time for a warm up,I guess?
And maybe just check that we can fit into our cossies?
Is there anyone else there who can keep the story going?!:)
I will definitely be back later today with a nice, big update, but need to do some gardening first, which I've been putting off for a few days.0 -
Yeah,it's the weekend!!!0

Hubert, Hubert! Come back NOW with my red wig, I cannot possibly dance as Columbia without it, and I don't want Igor trying to curry it .....Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

And I assume you don't mean cucumber, cream cheese, egg mayo, cress, cheese, tomato and smoked salmon all in one? :rotfl:
I have made some cheese and pineapple hedgehogs (no hedgehogs were harmed in the making :rotfl:) too, if we put the table behind on of the big Stonehenge stones, Igor will never notice...Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

My alter-ego is all ready for the hockey match, sporting a St Trinian's outfit I managed to 'borrow' from an old film studio!!
The real me is off to see Elt0n John in concert..... he was the first person I saw at a concert (in Dec '85), and I think tonight takes me to the point I need my second hand to count the number of concerts I've been to in total

Now, chaps and chappesses, while it's half time let's have a team inspection.
Love the pigtails, cw that banker on the other team got such a nasty shock when he pulled them. How clever of you to think of threading barbed wire through them.....Hubert, that fluorescent rainbow ensemble is giving me a headache, try and wave it at the other side a bit......beanie you look gorgeous as ever. Doc Marten do a fab line in stilettos, don't' they? Careful Hubert doesn't nick them......Knitwitch are you sure the cakes and sarnies will be safe by the stones, you know it gets busy at Stonehenge on Solstice Day?
As we are currently leading 27-0 I think we could break open the champers now and have a teensy drop to set us up for second half, don't you?
Igor - shut up and stir your goulash before it clots......One life - your life - live it!0
