So didn't get back on last night.....
Going to collect cat from vets tonight.....am dreading the bill!!!
I don't need two front tyres I need all four doing but have found what appears to a really good deal with of all people a$da!
Have decided to take my smallest debt - which is studio and do the 1% challenge. Each payment will be about £3 so if I can round it up to a fiver that'll help!
Have also made a promise to myself that I will start comping again, have been putting it off. It's a hobby I enjoy and I might win a few little bits or trips out?
So will post back after the vets.....

You will get there eventually. Just got to take small steps.
Read about your accident. As the HGV ran into the back of you, it was his fault 100%.Never Knowingly Understood.

So vets bill was £574
Tyres are going to set me back £270 - I thought that was quite good for all four though......
So an addition to the debt of roughly £850:o
But needs must and all...goal is to pay this off by end of month and get back on track.
Post more later - off to read x0 -
Have you shopped around for tyres ?.
I needed 2 for my MOT, but decided on 4 part-worns at £25 each.Never Knowingly Understood.

Hi linky
just read your diary! My dfw diary would be very similar if I wrote one! I decide 'right this is it' - big effort to clear debts - do (another) budget - go out and spend!! But you have at least paid some off your list. Well done so far!
I never get past the writing it all down stage for some reason! I have more budgets and lists of debts and to do/not to do lists than I have clothes that fit!! (But thats another story!)
I have subscribed so keep going, you will get there, maybe sooner, maybe later, but I am sure you can do it!
Good luck!Sealed Pot Challenge 2013 Member No 689 - £120/£300

Hi muchowing
Thanks for dropping by.....
This diary is for the long haul so I hope you're sitting comfortably - have you not thought of doing your own diary? I haven't used mine as much as I planned but even though I haven't it's helping in some sort of strange way. Maybe you should just tackle the smallest debt and see how that goes?
So today.....
Was going to upgrade and have breakfast on the train at a cost of £17 but couldn't justify it.....so £17 saved
Then have had a whole bucketload of ideas of ways to recycle my daughters furniture in her bed room rather than buying new.....watch this space!!! Potential saving £250 plus :j
Then and this is the smallest one.... Was looking at Pork loin joints for Sunday dinner and thought I'd found a good deal at l!dl but downloaded the my supermarket app and found that the one is a$da was £2.50 cheaper. So a trip to Asia tomorrow whilst my tyres are being changed (which strangely enough come from the same shop!)
Plan for this evening - chippy tea which we were having anyway - which will now be paid for by my savings from not upgrading!
Then a quiet evening reading diaries, maybe a little comping and then a nice hot bubble bath!!
More later x

One thing I have found when it comes to meat and that is, my local butcher is always cheaper than the supermarkets (and that includes A$DA).
We occasionally treat ourselves to a small joint of meat. I purchased a meat slicer from a carboot sale a few years back and it slices meat really thin so we get lots of slices compared to hand-carving.Never Knowingly Understood.

Hi Linkypie,
Reading your diary with interest and subscribing.
I'm exactly the same as you - great intentions but never quite get ahead of the game, but this time I'm determined!
