Well have had yesterday afternoon out with D Auntie and again this morning from 8:30 to just now. Bought jersey Royals from CB stall - look yummy can't wait for our evening meal - but will just have to have a few g of butter!!!!
Plan after lunch is to attack all the jobs I've not done whilst been "entertaining" this week! Just about kept on top of WUDUPA and Ironing but now have bedding and washing to do and to clean right through.
Also need to do a clothes list for hols to check I have enough and work out which are thin and fatter clothes in case we put weight back on!!!!!
Will catch up with you later on and hope I can then be re-named Pigpen II as you are surely on a roll this week!July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

Hello, I'm back:hello:
If I haven't said it before, I'll say it now - it definitely helps to either read or post on here! The flat is in need of TLC+ and so, the remainder of today (up until 5.30 pm anyway) is going to be spent playing catch up. First lot of flying will be doing the 15 min jobs. Hall is already presentable, so needn't do that and I haven't got stairs or a study, spare bedroom or 2nd reception room, so will either file paperwork away or HH-something.
Right, let's get started ..... and will report back later.

I didn't.) Downside was AF turned up as and when she chose (anything between 2 and 6 weeks was normal). Thankfully she packed her bags and left me for good about 5 years ago now. I don't miss her!:D
Pleased with progress today - quiche and a loaf made, and I've washed the bedroom curtains, dried them on the whirligig, and Mr LW has ironed them and put them back up.:A That's all the curtains done now, except the spare room; I can't wash those (didn't realise when I bought them that they weren't washable) so they'll have to be put over the line and given a good thwack or two with my tennis racket to dislodge dust. They don't get as grubby as the other curtains though, as I very rarely burn incense or candles in the spare room.:o

I've done an hour of paid gardening and an hour of my own, loads still to do but it is too hot and I'm too exhusted for now, if I do HH a day this week I'll have all the planting out/moving of stuff done which will be great.
Going to freshen up now and then do a HH in the kitchen then I might go up and watch the cicket for a bit. Need to remake two beds, I expect the washing will be totally dry now so I'll get that in first. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

well.. 4 hours of traipsing around garden centres.. with a brief play in the playground of one and an ice cream.. OH ended up eating his own and the 2 girls ice creams.. I didn't have one as I don't like their cones
but the girls had a nice time playing for a while.. went to tile shop next.. decided I don't like the ones I had decided upon when I saw them, they are all washed out rather than vibrant colours and a lot darker.. back to the drawing board then.. I may just get laminate for the back room and do that instead!..
On to cook dinner and then get these grubbies to bed.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Same here. (Well I didnt have your Mr LW to iron them for me so I did it myself!). My bedroom seriously needs decorating - but at least the curtains are now clean.
I have also done several loads of washing, made a fridge cake, did some gardening and had a lovely couple of hours out with DS2. Have just got a lasagne cooking for tea then I am going to make myself sit down with some paperwork for an hour. I do feel a bit sleepy though, maybe because we are not used to this heat!!
And yeah Rebecca I also find this thread very helpful and encouraging.0 -
Hello everyone
I hope we are all well today.
I have cooked Sunday lunch and caught up with the washing all day the last load took over 3hrs to wash lol the kids have been playing with the buttons! Everything has been dryed on the line too, last load is out now *fingers crossed* its dry before bed time as I am not sure what the weather will be like tomorrow.
I will be up for a June challange please I have loads of beef to loose ( I had been doing so well 25lbs and then I have had a lot of stress and basically turned to foodBUT tomorrow is the day everything changes!).
I have also promised Dd bunk beds so she can have a friend over to sleep, it will need to be shorty ones as her room is super small...... So I need to price them up and save like mad.
I am looking forward to next week see you all on the next Fred0
